Hi Mark & Deena, Happy New Year to you both! We had a fantastic time in Florida and really loved your home! The house was central to everywhere we wanted to go and it was a big help not having to find a Managment Company over the other side of Orlando to collect the keys and then trek back to find the house you are staying in!! The house had everything we needed. I have taken a few of your cards... as I know a few people that will be visiting Orlando this year. The only thing we are not happy about is coming back to the horrible cold weather!! Hope we can keep in touch.

We stayed at Mark and Deena’s villa in September 2011. It is on a quiet, well maintained, gated location. The villa is spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is roomy, well equipped an a joy to use. The settees in the living area were very comfortable on which we spent many relaxing evenings. Bedroom furniture is excellent and the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms are all excellent, the enormous corner bath was a favourite for the children. We made full use of the pool. Access to shopping facilites was good, Wallmart and Publix a few minutes drive away. Recommended......

I stayed in this fantastic villa for two weeks over the Easter holidays and having stayed in many villas over the years this was one of the best. It really did make our holiday one of the best we have had in Florida, from the moment we arrived it was stress free as we had been provided with the gate code and key box code before our departure so we could drive direct to the villa from the airport without the stress or hassle of finding a welcome centre to collect keys and this really makes you feel at home straight away. The villa was cleaned to a very high standard and had a fresh and airy feel helped by the lovely decor throughout. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the pool deck had the sun from mid morning through until sunset which was great for early evening swims and dining alfresco. Location was superb as it's position on the Us27 means you have the option of using both the 192 or I4 to get to the Disney parks and only 2 minutes drive away you have a Publix supermarket and a applebees restaurant and bar. I couldn't recommended this villa highly enough as Tuscan Hills is a lovely gated community with a queit, calm and secure enviroment which was a pleasure to return to after the hectic days out that are an inevitable part of a Florida holiday.

This villa is fabulous. It is on a gated community and is just off the US27. It has lots of amenties near by including supermarkets, chemists and restaurants. The villa itself is absolutely lovely. It is on two floors and each room is spacious. There are two master bedrooms both with huge en suites. We do not have children but the rooms with the single beds would still be more than ample and had a lovely bathroom near by. The way the light comes through in the mornings is lovely and just makes you want to get out of bed. It gave you complete privacy and you could not hear anyone else in the villa in the multitude of rooms. The villa is located near enough the tourist attractions but also in a place where if you want to go off exploring you can. I would without doubt reccommend this villa, we have been to Florida many years and we have stayed in some pretty dire ones. Therefore I feel quite qualified to say this is the best you will find.
