YES. Part of the reason for us purchasing this home was its proximity to Disney, the US192 and I4.
Tuscan Hills is a gated community offering a 2700 sq.ft. Mediterranean-style Clubhouse which has a fitness studio, internet room, childs'indoor play room, a large lounge and a covered lanai looking out over a tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and relaxing palm garden
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, bath/hand towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you can top-up as required. But feel free to bring you own beach towels for the water parks, beach and lakes.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (82 degrees).
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
We have taken great care in selecting our management company, Richard and Melissa are on hand to help if a problem occurs, their direct line contact number is prominently displayed by the telephone. They will introduce themselves once you have settled in and help with any questions you may have.
We will send you full directions from Orlando Airport plus the front door keypad entry code, alarm code and main entry gate code about a week before your arrival.
The new Clubhouse has a dedicated internet room offering high speed Wi-Fi interet access - free of charge to our guests.
A new 24 hour Walmart Superstore has just been completed - just 5 minutes drive along the US27...right next door to Win Dixie.
Should you require any extras (crib, BBQ, welcome pack etc.) then our management company can provide these at a reasonable cost
No....a US hairdryer and hair straighteners are available, however if you wish to pack your own - then feel free. Remember you adaptor and expect performance to differ from the UK due to the voltage reduction to 110 volts.
Absolutely, just let us know. In fact we can organise fresh flowers and champagne as well!
Yes. Simply call our contact in Orlando (number in the welcome folder) and they will organise discounted tickets to be delivered to the villa. Usually a party of 6 would save enough to cover parking at all of the theme parks you visit...and there's no waiting in line to buy tickets at the gate.
Have you any questions about driving in the US, best places to get breakfast, must-do's at the theme parks, great attractions (other than the theme parks) best shopping malls... in fact any questions you may have, then just ask us we will try our best to help. We have also compiled a 180 page Florida Guide, which gives an unbiased account of restaurants, attractions and much more...just ask us for a copy when you book.
Yes, the villa is fully air conditioned and is regulated to a constant 76 degrees. There are additional cooling fans around the villa and lanai to ensure that fresh air is circulated for your comfort.
