Our executive Mediterranean-styled Florida vacation home at Tuscan Hills is situated just 10 minutes from Disney and near to all central Florida’s theme parks and attractions…it really is the ideal location for a Florida vacation. Set in the stunning natural area of Lake Davenport near Orlando and surrounded by orange groves it’s close proximity to Disney makes it the perfect choice… it’s so close to Disney’s theme parks that you can return to the villa for relaxation by the poolside before returning to enjoy the magical evening's entertainment on offer.

Tuscan Hills is a gated community resort and is served by a state of the art clubhouse – offering amenities you would only expect from a top-rated hotel, including gym, Wi-Fi internet room, games room, tennis court, Children's tot-lot, beach volley ball court and Palm Garden which together offer all the benefits of a resort location, plus the space, privacy, convenience and security of your own private villa rental home.

Our villa is situated in a Courtyard with five neighbouring villas, which offers a quiet and secluded outlook. The villa comprises of four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master en-suites and two are twin rooms. If you still need to accommodate more guests - there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the living room.

The dining area has a large table with eight place settings. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, large TV with DVD and surround-sound, overhead fan and large patio doors overlooking the pool deck.

The ground-floor master suite has a Queen-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower with built-in seat, twin basins and a large 'Hollywood –style' vanity mirror. Additionally there is a large overhead fan, hairdryer, clock radio, cable TV and telephone plus a large walk-in closet. The ground-floor master suite also has large patio doors which look-out onto the pool deck.

The remaining three bedrooms are all on the 1st floor. The second master suite has a similar specification to the first with the addition of a luxurious large corner bath tub as well as the large walk-in shower. Again storage will not be a problem as the room has its own large walk-in closet.

Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds, walk-in closets, cable TVs (Playstation in bedroom 3). Both are conveniently located next to the villa’s third bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit, wc and basin.

The large modern fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar offers all the latest amenities including a large cooker, overhead microwave, double fridge/freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, waste disposal plus a large selection of crockery and cutlery for both interior and exterior use. In addition you will also find a laundry area comprising of a large capacity top-loading washing machine and large capacity tumble drier.

The adjoining 20'x12' fully equipped games room offers a luxury pool table and air hockey table.

The sunny extended south/west facing poolside offers an upgraded pool of 26' x 13' along with a raised Jacuzzi and luxury pool furniture, they combine to offer you the ultimate in outdoor relaxation. The pool and Jacuzzi are illuminated at night and can be heated if required. But should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either retire under the covered lanai with its cooling ceiling fan or go inside the villa where the air conditioning keeps all rooms at a cool and constant temperature ... no expense has been spared to make your vacation the best ever!

Orlando is known for its fabulous golf courses. For keen golfers the villa is 10 minutes from 6 golf courses including Greg Norman's Championsgate 36 hole award winning golf course and the Disney golf courses. For keen shoppers, the designer malls are nearby. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted within the villa. We also have a no pets policy.
